Blood Center Medical Devices

-40°C Blood and Sample Refrigerator

Fresh-frozen plasma (FFP) is a state-of-the-art refrigeration unit designed for the long-term storage of biological materials and sensitive laboratory kits. Going beyond standard freezers, it maintains a constant internal temperature through microprocessor-controlled precision temperature management, thereby preserving the structure of biologically active components.

-80°C Freezer

It is an ultra-precise cooling system designed to preserve the long-term structural integrity of biological samples, DNA/RNA strands, rare enzymes, vaccines, and cell cultures. Thanks to its two-stage (cascade) compressor technology, it creates a stable thermal environment regardless of ambient temperature.

Centrifuge

It is the core workstation in laboratories that separates liquid components of varying densities (blood, urine, cell suspensions, etc.) using centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. Advanced microprocessor control allows for precise adjustment of speed (RPM) and force (RCF) without damaging the molecular structure of the samples.

Cross-Match System

This is a critical diagnostic technology that tests the biological compatibility between the recipient’s serum and the donor’s red blood cells in a laboratory setting prior to a blood transfusion. These systems, which operate using modern "Gel Card" (Gel Centrifuge) technology, these systems detect microscopic agglutinations (clumping) with digital precision— which might be missed in manual methods.

Hose Clamp

It is a critical safety unit that ensures the leak-proof sealing of polyvinyl tubes used in medical applications such as blood bags, IV sets, and dialysis circuits, ensuring they are sealed without compromising sterility and maintaining a leak-proof seal. Using high-frequency (HF) radio wave technology, it fuses only the tube walls at the molecular level without heating the fluid inside the tube.

Plasma Melting Machine

This advanced heating system ensures the controlled thawing and warming to ideal body temperature of Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP), cryoprecipitate, and other blood components stored at -18°C or lower prior to transfusion. Unlike traditional methods, it combines “dry heating” or “water bath” technology with precise microprocessor control to prevent thermal damage to clotting factors and proteins within the plasma.

Mixing and Shaking Devices

These are essential pieces of basic laboratory equipment that ensure liquid samples, reagents, or cell cultures are mixed homogeneously at a specified speed and for a specified duration. Thanks to their microprocessor- controlled speed adjustment, they enable safe operation across a wide range of applications, from the most delicate biological samples to highly concentrated chemical solutions.

Incubator

This state-of-the-art incubation cabinet maintains the temperature, humidity, and (in some models) gas balance required for the growth of microorganisms, cell cultures, and tissue samples with millimeter-level precision. Thanks to its advanced PID microprocessor control, it minimizes temperature fluctuations inside the cabinet, creating a stable growth environment for biological samples.
