40-Ton Dryer

A heavy-duty climate control system designed to rapidly and uniformly remove moisture from textiles, food, raw materials, or industrial parts coming off large-scale production lines. Operating at a daily processing capacity of 40 tons, this system ensures drying without damaging the product’s texture, thanks to precise temperature control and high-volume air circulation.

Factory-Made Iron

This heavy-duty finishing unit dries and irons large volumes of flat textiles (bed linens, sheets, table cloths, towels) in seconds under high pressure and temperature. Also known as “calenders,” these systems completely remove moisture from the textiles while smoothing the fabric fibers, imparting a professional sheen and smoothness.

Oxygen Generator

This is an independent facility that eliminates the need to purchase oxygen cylinders or liquid oxygen from external sources by separating nitrogen from ambient air to produce medical or industrial oxygen with a purity of 93% to 95%+. It is an independent facility. Using PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology, this system filters the air through zeolite molecular sieves and provides the facility with the required gas 24/7 without interruption.

Compressor

It is a fundamental industrial unit that compresses air drawn from the atmosphere using mechanical energy and converts it into a pressurized energy source. Vacuum Motor (Vacuum Pump)

It is a basic engineering unit that creates a controlled negative pressure (vacuum) by evacuating air or gas molecules from a closed space. It is used in a wide range of applications, from the removal of liquid surgical waste in operating rooms to precision filtration processes in laboratories, and from robotic grippers in industrial lines to food packaging systems.
