Prosthetics and Orthotics

Infrared Oven

Unlike traditional convection ovens, this is an advanced heating system that transfers heat to the sample not through air, but directly via electromagnetic radiation (infrared). This method ensures that the sample heats up much more quickly, uniformly, and without any energy loss, from its outer surface all the way to its core.

Press Oven

This is a high-precision thermal processing unit specifically designed for shaping lithium disilicate and zirconia-reinforced porcelain using the “pressing” method, particularly in dentistry. Unlike traditional firing, it forces the porcelain material into the mold under high pressure at its softening point.

Convection Oven

This professional thermal solution unit ensures the simultaneous and uniform heating of large quantities of material thanks to its spacious interior and multi-tiered shelving system. It is used in critical processes ranging from laboratory-scale applications to industrial production, such as sterilization, dehumidification, curing, and aging tests.

Milling Machine

This is the main production unit designed for the precise carving, leveling, and polishing of models, sockets, and orthotic components made from plaster or thermoplastic materials. Thanks to its high-torque motor design and adjustable speed, it enables the creation of smooth surfaces across a wide range of materials, from hard polymers to soft foam. Welding Machine This advanced power unit converts electrical energy using high-frequency switching technology to permanently and securely join metal parts. Unlike traditional heavy transformer-based machines; it is lightweight, compact, and delivers maximum penetration with low energy consumption.

Stone Engine

It is a basic workshop tool used to remove excess material from the surfaces of metal parts, eliminate welding slag, and resharpen cutting tools (drill bits, chisels, etc.). Thanks to its powerful induction motor, it achieves high speeds with low vibration, providing fast grinding on all types of materials, from hardened steel to castings.

Vacuum Device

It is essential technical equipment used in the production of custom prosthetic sockets and orthoses, ensuring that the material adheres perfectly to the model. It plays a critical role in the stages of vacuum forming thermoplastic sheets onto the plaster model without leaving any air pockets, and in the casting of resin-reinforced carbon/fiber layers (lamination).
